General questions

Any unwanted behaviour (verbal, non-verbal, physical), whether serious or ‹in play›, in particular of a sexual nature, with the purpose or effect of violating someone's dignity. This includes in particular intimidation, humiliation, insults, threats, promises of benefits, the use of coercion and the exertion of pressure to obtain favours (of a sexual nature). The Armed Forces command has a zero-tolerance policy on any form of harassment. Rituals without a compelling official reason are generally prohibited (e.g., initiation rituals). (Reg. 51.024 Organisation of training services art. 1.9, 40)

Contact your superior, the WiAD Reporting and Counselling Service [in English], the Armed Forces Pastoral Care Service, the Psychological-Pedagogical Service of the Armed Forces or the Armed Forces Welfare Service. The employees and conscript members of the Armed Forces Pastoral Care Service, the Psychological-Pedagogical Service of the Armed Forces or the Armed Forces Welfare Service are subject to service, official, and professional secrecy for an unlimited period of time. The pastoral care providers who are subject to the law on the confidentiality of pastoral care in their civilian capacity are also subject to this law during military service.
