Assessment Center
The Assessment Center Competence Center (Komp Zen AC) is the internal point of contact for questions regarding personnel assessment and management selection, and in particular assessment centers. This includes, among other things, the development and implementation of internal assessment centers, advising managers who wish to fill positions, and empirical research in the area of personnel selection and development.

Drawing on its expertise in the field of staff assessment and selection, the competence centre for Assessment of the Military Academy (MILAC) at the ETH Zurich is specifically responsible for the scientific management of various selection procedures, such as that of
- the Assessment Centre for Prospective Career Officers (ACABO)
- the Assessment Centre for Prospective Career NCO (ACABU)
- the Assessment Centre for Prospective General Staff Officers (AC Gst Of)
- the Assessment Centre for Prospective Defence Attachés (ACAVA)
- the Assessment Center for UN Military Experts on Mission (AC UNMEM)
These assessment centers (AC) have been awarded the Swiss Assessment quality certificate (https://www.swissassessment.ch/de/).
The MILAK ACs are evaluated regularly and the results are used to optimize them and presented to scientific committees.
