Military leadership training is still highly beneficial for private and professional life. The Swiss Armed Forces enable lower militia cadre to acquire a civilly recognized leadership certificate. This leadership training consists of twelve modules, for seven of which a leadership certificate can be acquired.

However, interesting functions are also available for soldiers who have no military career aspirations.
