Readiness and Armed Forces Structure
The Readiness and Armed Forces Structure (RAFS) elaborates the directives for medium-term adaptation of basic readiness of the armed forces to changed general conditions (in accordance with the Security Policy 2000 Report and Defence Guidelines XXI).
