Operations XXI

The Operations XXI regulation contains the principles for planning and conducting operations with the entire armed forces or parts thereof. It forms the link between the superior political and military-strategic instructions or general conditions and other joint command and control regulations and thus has a hinge function. It serves to promote extensive understanding of both national and international engagement of military forces. It is addressed to the commanders at upper and centre command levels.
